You will need Wacko fragments in order to be able to Resonate/Power-Share with another Legendary Hero.
👉FOR LEGENDARY HEROES, THIS RULE IS DIFFERENT: You can also end the Power-Sharing between Rare and Epic anytime, there is no cooldown. Once located, you can Resonate rare (Rusty) and Epic (Chef) Heroes for free. You cannot simultaneously use Chef to send a March or to defend your Settlement. This means, for example, that if Chef and Wacko were being resonated, once Wacko is out marching, Chef's usage is also restricted. Heroes that are Power-Sharing/Resonating are considered as one. Once Wacko is added to the live server after the 1.9.130 update, you will be able to collect his fragments in order to locate him (10 fragments required) via a free event. 5 skills, as well as having a wood gathering special attribute, Wacko will have the same stats, attributes, and level of skills as Chef but he will be using his own set of skills. So, let's say you are going to Resonate Wacko with a level 80 Chef who has 3 Lv. And since he is an Infantry, he can only be resonated with either Rusty, Chef, Nikola, Wolfe, Ray and Rolex, Ash, Ernie, Brooke, or Eli and Emma. However, he can only be mirrored or Resonated with a Hero that is of the same HERO TROOP TYPE. This is the very first Hero being introduced as a Resonating/Power-Sharing Hero, which means that he will not need to upgrade his level, skill level, Hero attributes, battle power, or his rank as he will be copying the stats of the Hero that is being Resonated/mirrored with him. but don't judge a book by its cover, underneath he is still just a shy kid who loves the movies.
